Our signs typically take 4 weeks to make and ship out. If you are needing your sign sooner, we do offer a Rush Order option which ships within 3 business days. Rush Orders are an extra $40.

Rush Orders ship within 24-48 hrs which is currently the fastest way to receive your order. You can also upgrade your shipping at checkout if you do not want your order to ship via regular USPS Ground Advantage.

Please keep in mind, we can only control how fast we make and ship your sign - we have no control over any shipping delays.

Packages may be returned to us if the delivery person was unable to find your home or the package was rejected at the door. In some cases, depending on your area, packages may be held at your local post office and you will receive a notice to pick up. This is completely out of our control.
Once we receive the returned package, we will attempt to resend your order and ask you for a new Shipping Address. We offer free shipping on all initial orders. Customer is responsible for the second shipping cost.

Our shop is unable to track the progress of every order that leaves our shop. We ask that you please keep track of your order's shipping progress and alert us immediately if your package hasn't arrived.

As noted in each product description, our stain colors will vary from sign to sign. No two signs are identical due to the nature of our cedar wood. We will try our best to get as close to the color in the pictures as possible. Your sign may be lighter or darker, however, if there is a big difference in colors, please message us immediately with photos of your sign and we can go from there!
Again, we try our best to get a close match but that is not always possible.

Trust us when we say, a broken sign hurts us more than you know. Our little shop spends days making your sign and the very last thing we want to see is one of our babies broken. Unfortunately, we can't control how our packages are handled during transit. What we can control is how we package them so we will continue to pack every sign with special care.
If your sign was damaged during transit, please send us at least 7 images of the broken sign and shipping box so we can file a claim with USPS/UPS.
If you choose to keep your sign, we will give you a partial refund for the damaged piece.
If you do not wish to keep your piece or it is unusable, we will send a replacement within 10 days.
