Please note that we can only exchange an item if it is in the original and unused/uncut condition.
PDF/Electronic downloads, Finished Dolls, Kits, Hair Yarn, Cut Fabrics or other customized products are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.
Should there be a problem with your item, or anything be damaged, please contact us right away so we can rectify the situation.
Payment
Canadian Residents will need to pay applicable GST/HST & PST charges as we are a legitimate business.
US Residents DO NOT need to pay any taxes.
Shipping
Packages within Canada usually take 7-10 days to arrive.
