5 out of 5 starsI’ve been obsessed with her work and this one in particular. The packaging was beautiful and kept the print pristine. I’m hoping to add more to my walls. I’m grateful someone can capture feelings in color and share them with the world. ❤️

5 out of 5 starsLove this little print, and plan to get it framed with a red frame. I liked the added goodies like postcard with stamp! Very cute.

5 out of 5 starsDo not open before January 1. I am looking forward to the new year! I told my husband not to open the 2021 calendar until he checked out my originals by this artist on the adjoining wall. I love this artist's work and so does my husband.

About thisisalliknow
oil paintings by amanda blake
Working primarily in oil paint on wood I paint in two series. My work on wood panels which range from six inches to 36 inches square uses symbolism, superstition and narrative to explore themes of love, fate and identity. Over the past seven years I also have been working on a series of imaginary portraits on small wood blocks. I have painted hundreds of these little people with near identical composition, I am fascinated by the personality that can come through in such simple paintings.
I received my BA in fine arts from the University of Oregon, studied watercolor in Siena, Italy and oil painting and print making at the Chautauqua Art Institute in New York. I was born in and spent most of my life in Oregon and currently live in Morgantown, West Virginia.
