But how do you get your...?

I started to transition from a vegetarian to a vegan diet in 2002, finally going vegan in 2003. My friends and family has lots of questions - was a vegan diet healthy? How would I get my protein? What about calcium? Or iron?

I wanted to be able to answer these questions with some kind of authority. I decided to do some research and educate myself about vegan sources of protein, calcium, and iron. And thus, my miniature books were born.
