SHIPPING INFO:
My current turnaround time is roughly 2 to 3 weeks, plus delivery. All orders ship from Southern CA, therefore shipping may take anywhere from 1-3 business days on the West Coast. And 3-5 business days on the East Coast. I ship FedEx daily, but occasionally USPS for International. Priority shipping is available at an additional cost, please message me if you would like to use this option.
RUSH ORDERS:
If your deadline is SOON-please let me know and I can do my best to meet it. Orders that need to ship in 3 days or less will be charged a rush fee of $10, an invoice for the fee will be sent separately. All other orders will be shipped within 3 weeks of payment.
RETURNS:
All sales are final as they are custom. If there is a mistake in the art, or damage during shipping, please contact me ASAP. I will do my best to remedy the situation and get a replacement out right away, at no additional cost. Some pigs have been broken in shipping, once it leaves my shop the handling is out of my hands. Each bank is packaged in it's own bag, surrounded by peanuts, then double boxed. If there is damage to the bank, please keep the original packaging for up to 2 weeks as sometimes the freight carriers want to follow up.
GIFTING:
If you would like your package gift wrapped, please let me know when you place the order. I am also glad to include a personalized greeting card or message. Orders being shipping straight to the recipient should include a message, as they would love to know who this thoughtful gift came from! Please message me with that information upon ordering as well.
