My story is a simple one, I inherited my love and ability to craft and create from my mom. However, it was my daughter who inspired me to begin. I painted my first pig for my nephew in 2000, as a baby shower gift. Then my sister introduced me to Etsy, allowing me a perfect place to open my shop in 2005. It's been amazing to watch my art grow, and I love when new customers present me with challenges that allow me to put my creative mind to the test.

Besides crafting, I am a single mom to my beautiful and spunky 13 year old daughter. I work during the day for my families business, and make time to create after my daughter is in bed and mommy duties are done. Some evenings and weekends, you'll find me wearing my stylist hat, representing Stella & Dot! I am always on the go, and find myself over committing often. But I wouldn't change a thing in my life. I am blessed beyond belief!
