My mind garden is filled with abstract organic shapes inspired by the World around and its structures: microscopic details and molecules, textures and patterns, forests and cities. It is also filled with thoughts on human development and the state of balance with our surroundings. Through my creative process I like to question the value and meaning behind our activities and to think about the ways we could live more sustainably.
Sometimes I let go to the feeling of pure inspiration coming from the visions and sounds that surround me. I take my brush and watercolour set and draw intuitive lines and shapes of colours. Sometimes instead I use threads to draw my visions. Sometimes I collect images from old magazines to create stories, to raise questions or just to express short impressions and thoughts.
I go for walks and pay attention to the details, and meditate with sounds to get inspired. I listen to the sounds in the city, I take an instrument myself and visualise the rhythms and melodies, their structures and colours. I also get inspired by watching documentaries and reading the news, updating myself on the topics of sustainable development, culture, politics and social matters.
