I ordered a set of gift tags which were supposed to ship in 3-5 business days after ordering per the sellers shipping policy. I ordered them on June 16 and they did not ship until June 27th. It is now July 7, and I still have not received my gift tags in the mail and the tracking number only gives history of when the seller created the shipping label. I was really looking forward to receiving these gift tags, as I was going to use them on my wedding favor boxes. Hopefully they will turn up soon.

This Nifty Earth was born out of a love for the handmade. I took the plunge to start creating items to sell in late 2012 after my mum came up with the name This Nifty Earth. Elysa joined the team in 2014 with a fresh perspective for the shop.

Refunds and Exchanges
Damaged: If the item is damaged upon arrival shoot us a note at thisniftyearth [!at] gmail.com! We'll send you out a replacement asap for free!
Ordered wrong size/color: If you accidentally ordered the wrong size/color/option let us know and we can swap. You will have to pay return shipping, but that usually isn't much! Remember if the item is in any way damaged when it is returned, you will be charged a 10% fee for the inconvenience.
Not what you thought: If the item isn't what you thought it would be or you feel like you've been in anyway deceived let us know! We are more than happy to work out a solution that will have us both smiling from ear to ear in no time. Remember if the item is in any way damaged when it is returned you will charged a 10% fee for the inconvenience.
Don't want it anymore: If you decide you just don't like the item you will have to pay for the shipping to return it and provide us a tracking number. Once we have it back in our warehouse you will be refunded the cost of the product. Remember if the item is in any way damaged when it is returned you will be charged a 10% fee for the inconvenience.
