Vintage items have surface scratches, dings, tarnish, and general use indications.

We try to point out the really noticeable flaws…..sometimes we miss something.....but we try really hard to represent items correctly.

Refunds are given should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please make contact with Ets Place within 7 day of purchase.

All return shipping is your responsibility. I will refund for merchandise only. We want our customers to be satisfied. Please contact us with questions or comments.

We package our items with great care however, if your order arrives damaged please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.

We ship world wide. Shipping is usually through the US postal service….if you want other arrangements, let me know.

I also ship internationally……over the whole me for a quote if the listing does not include international shipping.

USPS international first class mail packages should arrive in 2-3 weeks (varies by location). This is the most economical method of shipping but does not have tracking or insurance. This means that once i ship your package, i have no further information about it's whereabouts. I recommend priority mail as there is tracking and limited insurance. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen, or delayed by USPS or Customs fees.

Insurance, faster shipping option are available at an extra charge, please inquire for pricing.
Once the packages are in the hands of the USPS, they are responsible for safe delivery to you. If you are concerned about the safety of your package please let me know and your package will be insured at your cost.
We are not responsible for "missing" packages that have been delivered to you with delivery confirmation status.
Rush requests are not guaranteed for international shipments. Delivery times are beyond my control and unpredictable.

International customers must use due diligence to watch for their packages. If you are not at home when mail is delivered please arrange for someone to watch for and receive you packages for you.

A package that is not claimed will be returned to us and there will be additional shipping charges for a second shipping.

If you are from Germany, please note: Germany is the only country that presents problems with customers getting their packages. If you make a purchase from me you do so knowing that it will be your responsibility to search for your package in your country if you do not receive it, also because of the known problems I have had with the German postal system I will not make a refund for the purchase or the shipping should you not receive your shipment. Absolutely do not make a purchase if you do not want to take responsibility for your purchase or expect a refund if your package is lost in your postal system.
