This Vintage Heart Is Always "Beating"

Throughout the years my family and I have overcome many hardships. I have family members with serious disabilities. There have been struggles.
As a kid I turned to drawing as my escape from some really hard realities. I still have some of the drawings from back then. Every once and awhile I happen to see the file they’re in and look through them just so I can remember where I came from and how much I have been blessed.
I’m so happy to be able to continue drawing and creating. I am truly blessed! My hobbies are still my break aways, allowing me a moment to recharge and ready myself for a new day.
My family and I moved to a “mini farm” where I now have my own separate space to be creative. God has been very good to us. I have a beautiful office and a workshop that are over-flowing with ideas and projects that I can’t wait to work on each day. :)

I have always admired antiques. My aunt Kay called me Grandma when had my old Lincoln. In most cases, antiques can last forever. I find forgotten treasures and give them a second chance. It’s one of the things I love to do, it makes me happy. :)
