Most of my chains and materials are 14k gold filled and sterling silver. Gold filled means your gold jewelry will last longer with shine. You should store your jewelry in a sealed plastic bag or jewelry box and keep it out of harsh lights and water for long periods of time though. This will keep your pieces of jewelry looking like new. You can use a polishing cloth on each piece to clean any tarnish that may appear.

Sizing is specified in the description of each designed piece of jewelry. If you need a specific size not listed please message me the size you need of the product you want to order.

I gift wrap all of my orders with care in a box and add a little something extra special in each package. All products are sent with a bow and box and shipped for free with tracking.

If you would like to return or exchange your product please contact me within 3 days of receiving your product. I will give you an equal exchange or full refund when product is shipped back to me in the same condition and packaging as sent. Once I receive your returned order I will give you a full refund or an equal exchange if requested. You will have 10 business days to send your return back.

Please send your return back with 1st class shipping with a tracking# for confirmation of shipment.
