Returns and exchanges
I accept returns within thirty (30) days of shipping any item that arrives damaged or if you feel the item does not match its description. Proof must be offered that the item is not as described or that it was damaged prior to arrival before a refund or exchange will be offered. Damaged items will be replaced with a new item of the same description free of charge while all others will result in store credit. The purchaser assumes all shipping and packaging costs incurred in the return process.

Each item is wrapped in brown paper with care instructions before being placed in a Ziploc to insure your item arrives clean and safe.
Priority Mail shipping, while a little more expensive than First Class, allows me to offer you a tracking number, delivery confirmation, and provides recyclable packaging that's good for your item and the environment. Please contact me if you would like to discuss other shipping options.
Please be sure that your Etsy and PayPal accounts have your current address for a smooth and easy transaction. Thoris Designs is not responsible for items becoming lost or being delivered to the wrong address due to misinformation.
Domestic orders usually arrive within 2-4 business days of shipment. All orders come with delivery confirmation and a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email. If you would like to insure your purchase, please convo me to discuss this option and for a new invoice.
In stock items ordered before 1pm PST ship same day. Orders after 1pm ship next business day.
Made to order items should be allowed 7-21 business days (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) BEFORE shipping out for production. However, I usually have items ready in less time than that.
Made-to order-items ship Tuesday through Friday.
Made-to-order shipping policy also applies to custom orders.
International buyers are responsible for any customs or brokerage fees required by your country. Please be aware of your country's policies before purchasing.

California customers will be charged an additional sales tax of 8.25% at check out. Sorry, your state makes me do it.
I would love to make you a custom item. If you see something in my shop and you would like it made custom to your specifications, please convo me so I can get started. Custom orders never cost extra.
If you have an idea for an item but don't see anything like it in my shop, convo me anyways. Odds are I can make it for you, and I'd sure love to try. Some of my favorite items were inspired by my customers.
Please allow 7 to 14 days for custom orders to be created BEFORE they will be shipped.
Thoris Designs and Dejah Thoris are not liable or responsible for items damaged after arrival.
If ordering a custom item, the item you receive may or may not look exactly as it does online due to variations in monitors and/or materials. I will attempt to be consistent with materials and production, but occasionally certain fabrics/fibers/yarns will have to be substituted for similar products. And as each item is handmade, please allow for some variations in construction.
Rest assured that the product you receive will always be of the highest quality and made with great care and attention to detail.
Should your product fall apart for no reason that you can ascertain, please contact me with a detailed description of the damage, what you believe to be the cause of the problem, and, if possible, photographs (even from your cell phone) of the product. I will assess the damage and if I find that the fault is in my craftsmanship I will send you a replacement for the item and pay all costs on shipping myself.
All of my items are created in my smoke-free, pet-free home or studio. Your item(s) will arrive fresh and clean.
