C A N C E L L A T I O N S:
♡ A request for cancellation must be received within 24 hours from purchase time. After this time, the process of creation has begun and cannot be halted.

R E T U R N S:
♡ This shop does not accept returns and unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted.

The items in my shop are "made to order" for your special day; meaning that your order is being created specifically just for you! Wedding and Special Occasion items cannot be returned, due to the purpose of the items use(s), and the ability for products to be customized and created to your specifications.

• EU LAW EXCEPTION: By law, Those Days is required to accept returns from EU residents.
Request for return must be received WITHIN 14 DAYS of package delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items must be returned in original, unused condition, in original packaging.
Return packaged must be posted in the mail as a RETURN, and dated no later than 14 days after receipt of item.
* Custom & Personalized items are EXCLUDED from this policy and CANNOT be returned *
This exclusion also applies to hair pins, combs, crowns, etc. for hygiene reasons.

• "Ready to Ship" & Sale items are non-refundable.

D A M A G E S:
If an item is damaged in shipping, please get in touch with me immediately. You will be required to send photos of the shipping box and the item for insurance purposes. I will then take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.

♡ HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY PACKAGE?
• I ship most packages via United States Postal Service (USPS)
• You choose the method of USPS shipping at checkout.
• For cost efficiency, some larger items will ship via Fed Ex.

♡ HAS MY PACKAGE SHIPPED YET?
• On the day that your package ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can also find the tracking number by visiting your "Purchases" on Etsy.

♡ WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY PACKAGE?
• To check when your package is due to ship, please visit your "Purchases" on your Etsy account.

♡ WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
• An estimated arrival date is provided before purchase and during the checkout process. Keep in mind that both PROCESSING time + SHIPPING time must be factored together to estimate an arrival date. If this time frame does not suit your needs, please consider upgrading your shipping method, adding the RUSH UPGRADE, or sending a message to confirm your options and request a quicker delivery.

♡ HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Actual shipping time is estimated based upon how close/far you are from the point of shipping (Pennsylvania, United States) and the method of shipping that you choose.

USPS:
• Parcel Select Ground within the US is approximately 2-14 business days.
• HI and AK Ground shipping *may* take up to 8 weeks.
• Priority Mail is approximately 1-3 business days.
• First Class Mail is approximately 3-5 business days.
• Standing shipping outside the US is approximately 7-21 business days.
• Priority shipping outside the US is approximately 6-10 business days.
• PRIORITY EXPRESS MAIL is 1-2 business days.
FED-EX:
• Home Delivery is approximately 1 to 7 business days.

♡ IS IT GUARANTEED TO ARRIVE BY XX DATE?
• Time frames are not a guarantee; I cannot guarantee arrival dates.
• Estimated shipping/arrival dates, are just that, an estimate.
• I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• Items may take longer to arrive to you due to: your location, holidays, weather, natural disaster, delays caused by postal carriers, etc.
• Purchasing the "Rush Order Upgrade" will make creation time faster, thus it can be on its way to you sooner.

♡ HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
• Shipping costs are determined by postal carriers, based upon size and weight of packaging as well as the location of its destination.
• Included in these costs are: A tracking number, insurance for your package &, a small handling fee for clean recyclable boxing, secure and presentable packaging.
• If you are interested in purchasing multiple items, please send me a message, so that I can combine and reduce your shipping costs.

♡ THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS WRONG! WHAT TO DO?
• Packages will only be sent to the address left at checkout.
• If you have made an error, please contact me as soon as possible.
• A change of address may result in additional shipping costs due to change of location.

♡ MAIL THEFT/UNDELIVERED ITEMS
• It is the customers responsibility to provide a safe and accurate address for shipping.
• If you would like "signature required" upon delivery, this is an additional cost and can be purchased separately. If you would like to purchase this service, please contact me.
• If tracking says the item has been delivered, but you do not have it, you will need to contact the local authorities and report a mail theft.

♡ Upon receiving your package, you may be required to pay VAT, customs fees, import taxes etc. These fees are NOT included in the original shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. I am unable to predict these costs. Please be aware of your regions customs/import policies before purchasing. I am also not responsible for delays in delivery due to customs. Refusal to pay customs fees, or refusal to retrieve a package from customs, will result in the package being returned to sender. Return to sender packages, are unauthorized returns, and will not be eligible for a refund. You will be required to pay re-shipping costs.

You may choose to share additional information with me such as event dates to meet deadlines, and customized information regarding your order, which again will not be shared/used past the date the item is created & shipped.

Storing Information:
Those Days does not store your information. Data regarding your order and any provided information is stored by Etsy and will only be referenced by Those Days on an "as needed" basis; typically limited to numbers (for tax purposes). Information is also referenced to privately analyze business to be able to continue to provide service, and analyze growth, changes, etc. and is limited to general locations such as a state or country as a whole, or trends in items, colors, styles, etc. and will not mention or note any one person specifically.
