Custom and personalized orders

If you’re interested in purchasing a personalized photo print please read through the entire description for details.
Important things to note.
* Screenshots will lead to bad print quality, please send original images. Same for photos saved from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp etc.
* We can add text, but it must be clearly requested. If the request is vague or not sent with the order it may be missed and we will charge for a reprint.
* Etsy lists the estimated production time and delivery on each listing, these times are accurate for when we have received the image from you and confirmed any changes required. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in sending the image to us or if the image sent is not high enough quality for print.

Sizing details

There should be sizing images on each listing as well as sizes displayed for each available option.
If these are not showing on the product you’re looking for please contact us directly via Etsy Messenger or email us at support@threaddomain.com so we can help get you sized correctly!

Wholesale and bulk orders

It may be possible to offer wholesale pricing or discounts on bulk orders. Please contact me directly to discuss this before making a purchase.

Custom and Import Fees

If you live outside of the USA it is likely that you will face customs and import charges from your local customs authority.
These charges are completely outside of my control and Etsy does not currently provide any ability to calculate the possible fees before purchase.
Please contact me prior to purchase if you have any questions related to customs as I cannot refund items held or returned by customs due to non payment of import fees.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of my products I cannot offer exchanges or returns except in certain cases.

* Where the product has been delivered damaged.
* Where the wrong product has been delivered
* Where there is an issue with the manufacture of the product.
* Where there is a significant disparity between the listing image / description and the delivered product.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Production and Delivery

Please ensure you have carefully checked the production and delivery times on the listing you are interested in purchasing.

All of our items are made-to-order and may have significantly longer delivery times than you are used to experiencing.

Once a purchase is made we will have sent your order to my production partner generally within 12 hours. As such it is not possible for us to cancel any order after 12 hours from the original purchase.

If Package is Returned to Sender

We cannot not refund nor assume liability for orders returned to sender due to incorrect address information provided by customers or missed delivery attempts by couriers.
