Do you offer a pick-up option?

This option is not available, but you are welcome to choose from any of the shipping options shown at checkout.

Do you make Custom Orders?

Custom Orders are not available at the moment.

Can I personalize my order?

The design you see is a final digitized design that I can't change. In order to change it I'd have to work on the art, send it to digitize and would therefore be considered a Custom Order changing price and availability.

Can I request a different bow?

Yes you can! You can choose any of the bow options that I currently have on the shop. Just make sure to leave a detailed note in the comment section at checkout. Personalized color and fabric type is not an option.

Are your headbands comfortable?

The overall opinion with my headbands from customers is that they are comfortable. In my personal experience I can wear my ears without any problem or discomfort all day. With that said, everyone is different and there is no one that knows yourself better than you. If you are someone who is sensitive to headbands and in this case ears, maybe this is a purchase you should consider skipping.

Why is turnaround time 3-4 weeks?

The process of making embroidered ears takes time. Some designs take over an hour to embroider so to make both sides (in front and back designs 4 sides), clean up and remove excess thread, sew, fill out, make bows and assemble, one pair can take a while to make. That's why there is a longer turnaround time. If you have an upcoming trip I always try to accommodate if I can, however it's always best to plan accordingly so I can get your ears out to you on time!
