Custom and personalised orders

I'm currently not accepting custom or personalised orders. However, if you have any suggestions or ideas, please feel free to message me on Etsy and we can discuss potentially working together in the future.

Can I get a refund on a PDF pattern?

Due to my patterns being digital files, I do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances. The buyer is responsible for reading the item description and store policies.

However, if there is something wrong with your order then please message me so we can work on a solution together!

Are your patterns easy for beginners?

Most, yes! All of my patterns come with step-by-step photos to guide you through the pattern. If you are trying embroidery for the very first time I would recommend my Introducing Embroidery Guide as a good starting point. It comes with a thorough supply list and will teach you how to start and finish your embroidery along with a variety of beginner friendly stitches to use in 6 supplied patterns.

Can I sell any work created using your patterns? Can I buy your patterns and teach an embroidery workshop using it?

No. My patterns are for non-commercial use only and may not be distributed for free or commercial gain.

This means my patterns can be used to create something for yourself or as a gift for family and friends. But you cannot sell or teach anything that is a byproduct of my pattern(s).

I can't download my files. Can you email them to me instead?

No. All communication must remain on Etsy as per Etsy policies. If you are having trouble downloading your files, I would encourage you to reach out to Etsy support to troubleshoot. Sometimes it's a simple case of your payment still being processed!
