Q- How long have you been Making Patterns?
A- I began in 2005, writing sewing patterns for bags and softies. I enjoy sewing, stitching and drawing. When I drew Miss Mousey and began stitching her, I knew she needed to become a pattern. The creativity took off from there and I wanted to make more.
Q- What Inspires your Designs?
A- FUN! I like Happy Designs. I'm creating and drawing little bits all of the time. One little doodle can inspire me to make a design suitable for pattern form.

Q- What are your favorite materials used for the designs?
A- My favorite is a cotton-linen blend fabric, a light weight iron-on stabilizer and DMC 6 strand floss, for every design.
Q- How do I Transfer the Design?
A- My method of choice - A light table and micron pens. I instruct this method in all patterns. However, a mirror image design is supplied with each pattern to accommodate iron-on pens & other methods.
Q- Do the patterns show how to stitch?
A- No, At the present time, the patterns list stitches used in making the design only. The patterns do not Instruct nor Illustrate stitches. Embroidery Knowledge is Necessary.
Q- Is color tinting optional?
A- Yes! My patterns are very flexible and leave the creativity in your hands. Color tinting is completely optional but my hopes are that you will give it a try.
