    Returns and exchanges
    Refunds will be processed when merchandise is returned in new condition and original packaging (gift box). Please convo me immediately if you are returning an item. Items must be post marked for return within 3 days of original delivery date for refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Additionally, I do not accept returns on earrings for hygienic reasons.

    Before posting feedback, PLEASE let me know of any damages, lost items, or other issues so that I can resolve them asap. THANKS!

    NOTE: I cannot process refunds for returned items that are lost in the mail. When returning an item, please get a tracking number for your own protection.
    Payment
    Payment through PayPal only. Payment is due at time of sale. If you have any problems with PayPal or need to delay payment by a day or two, please convo me to let me know. All items will be shipped once payment has been received. If payment has not been received within 5 days from order date, the order will be cancelled.
    Shipping
    Items will ship within 48 hours, once payment has been received (Mon-Fri). This does not include custom orders.

    Items will be shipped by Canada Post via standard surface parcel-post which takes up to 4-9 business days within Canada (includes tracking number) and 6-12 business days to the US (no tracking number).
    Purchases over $100 will automatically ship by ExpressPost with tracking number for regular shipping charge. ExpressPost arrives within Canada in 2-3 business days, and to the US in 4-5 business days.
    ***International shipments (outside Canada & USA) will be sent via Canada Post International Air (no tracking number)and will be delivered within 6-10 business days.

    All items are boxed and ready to give as gifts. When purchasing more than one item, everything will arrive in the same gift box unless separate boxes are requested at time of order.

    Shipping charges apply to first item. Additional items ship free of charge.
