📦 Shipping Info: I guarantee the ship date—when I hand off your package at the post office. Delivery dates are estimates from the carrier, and delays are out of my control. Please allow extra time when choosing your shipping method.

Custom Order Payment Policy – Darling Creative Works

🧵Pricing: Custom fused glass (e.g., daisy bowls) or weaving (limited to size/color) = cost + shipping + tax.

🌼Large Projects: If special materials are needed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon design approval via private Etsy listing.

🧵Smaller Orders: No deposit required if materials are in stock.

🌼Final Payment: Due before shipment.

🧵 Weaving: I rarely do customs, but size and color tweaks are possible. Approve color choices, and I’ll craft it with care. Final photos and a private listing will follow.
