Do I send you the information or do I put it into the file myself?
You send me the information for your purchase, and I will send you the completed file. You will NOT receive an editable file.
What is the turnaround time?
All digital files will be sent within 1-3 business days (with the exception of rush orders). All revisions will be sent within an additional 1 business day.
I happily accommodate rush orders. If you need your order to be sent sooner than 3 business days, please purchase the "Rush My Order" listing ($5) from the drop down or in the "add on" section of my shop and your order will arrive within 24 hours of receiving payment and required information.
Can you change the color or font on an invitation?
Most color and font changes can be accommodated for a custom fee. Please contact me before purchasing so I can give you a quote if necessary.
Can I have a proof prior to purchasing?
Unfortunately, we do not offer proofs prior to purchase, but we do allow proof changes once the file is emailed to you in case something needs to be corrected or updated.
How do I attach my picture?
Photos can be sent via Etsy conversation (by clicking 'Attach Image'), or you may email them to threelittlebirdsdsgn@gmail.com
Your photo should be 300 dpi or higher for proper print quality. Please do not crop or edit photos prior to sending them as that can alter the quality of the overall picture.
By purchasing, downloading and printing any photo invitations, you are agreeing that you own or have exclusive right to use the photograph e-mailed to me. You are also agreeing to take full responsibility for any misuse or copyright infringements.
Where can I print my file?
If you're looking to have your invitations or cards printed through me, I'm happy to assist!
