Welcome to my shop!

I fell into beading and Etsy as stress reliever and creative outlet during an erratic employment period and was immediately hooked. I love the global nature of this marketplace and am constantly amazed by my fellow Etsy artists. I enjoy discovering and featuring components from talented global artisans as well vintage Lucite, rhinestone, Czech glass and other shiny bits. You won’t see too many repeats in this shop. Most items are one of a kind or produced in small batches due to the uniqueness of materials.

My basement studio is my favorite hideaway. It’s where I get lost in the creative process and soothe away the stresses of the day. I also have the good fortune of a second studio in sunny Southern California where I get to enjoy frequent “beading retreats” complete with canine and vino therapy.

My shop name is a nod to my three highly individual children, now finding their way as adults in this crazy world, and a wink to the legend of a Genie's lamp.

I hope you enjoy wearing my creations as much as I enjoy making them!
