Your custom design is born from a collaborative process that’s based on flexibility and personable ease then press printed on premium double-sided card stock.

Q: How does the design process work?
A: After payment for your order has been received, you will receive an e-mail questionnaire to complete. We’ll survey your design ideas, gather the contact information for your cards and provide information about how to send us your selected image(s) or logo. Follow up communication can take place by phone or e-mail based on your preference.
Please note that your order does not include a custom designed logo.
Q: What type of image can I use on my cards?
A: Please send us your high-resolution digital image(s) in .JPG, .PNG, .GIF, .TIFF or .PSD format. For the best print quality, please send us the original photo shot from your digital camera in the highest resolution available. We’ll edit and crop the image for you. We’ll contact you if your image is not suitable for print.
Due to copyright issues, we ask that you own the image(s) or have permission to use any image(s) you don’t own.
Q: What colors and fonts can I use in my design?
A: We have a menu of colors and fonts to choose from. We’ll happily use other colors upon your request; just let us know.
Q: What is offset printing and die cutting?
A: Offset printing is a multi-step process that yields clarity of color and text when compared to digital printing, both of which complement our designs. Die cutting ensures that each line is cut and corner is rounded consistently and precisely.
We are proud to offer premium printing and finishing with a low minimum order quantity.
Q: Can I review my design before it goes to print?
A: We have a diligent client proofing process because it is important for you to preview your design before it goes to print. Once your design is complete, you’ll receive an electronic proof to review that we encourage you to print. An order is press printed only after a client has proofed all elements of the design – text, image editing and overall layout.
Q: How long will it take to receive my Thumbprint Trading Cards?
A: The lead time is approximately three to four weeks depending on studio projects, holidays, etc.
Since a design goes to print only after it has been approved, the client proofing process impacts the timeline. If you’d like to receive feedback about your proof from your friends and family, please factor in this time to your order lead time.
Accepted payment methods
A: We encourage gift certificate recipients to place their orders, trade their cards and make fast friends as soon as possible. Gift certificates are honored up to one year after purchase.
A: First Class Shipping through the United States Postal Service is complimentary on all domestic orders. Please contact us about international shipping.
Q: Can my order be expedited?
A: Exceptional quality is very important to us and we cannot compromise our design, proofing and quality control processes. Please contact us about expedited shipping options.
Refunds and Exchanges
A: Custom orders may be cancelled before a proof is approved and goes to print. You will be issues a refund check or Paypal credit for half of the total cost of your order. Cancellations must be made via e-mail. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the studio. Please contact us if you would like to reinstate your order.
