Exchanges are given in the form of store credit minus shipping/other fees we incur. Defective items will be repaired or replaced depending on the situation. DOMESTIC orders: Shipped USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation. Fee includes USPS First Class Mail, handling fees and proper packaging to ensure that jewelry arrives in perfect condition.

INTERNATIONAL: Shipped USPS First Class. Please note that insurance and tracking are not available for USPS first class, thus I can not be held responsible for undelivered mail. A much safer option is to use USPS Priority mail. This typically costs between 11 and 13 dollars for a light package. Please contact me if you would prefer to send it Priority.
Fee includes USPS First Class Mail, handling fees and proper packaging to ensure that jewelry arrives in perfect condition. Customers should be responsible for any customs fees imposed by your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

If item ordered is currently in stock, item will ship within 1 business day. Items are shipped in gift box, with bubble wrapped envelope. Items can be gift wrapped for free if requested.

Repairs can be made on any pieces, and will be done for free if the item seems to me to be defective, or will be done for a fee is result of damage is due to wear and tear. Repair fees are up to my discretion.
