Custom orders are accepted - if you see something anywhere that you would like to have, just convo or contact me and I will do it for you! Also if you want different sizes, colors and so on, anything to fit your needs!

    Hi and welcome to my shop. Tica's Nest sells cute little stuffed animals made from crocheted 100% wool and filled with fiberfill stuffing. This makes these adorable little creatures very comfortable to touch, which is perfect for children and babies! They can cuddle and play with them, as well as use them just to decorate!

    I take time in creating cute toys that will bring joy to my customers, which means that I value your opinion and accept custom orders any time! Feel free to ask for a specific size, color, special detail and so on, or just send me an idea and I will do it just for you!

    Please do not forget to read my Shop Policies. By completing a purchase I understand that you have read and agreed to all policies listed below.

    Accepted payment methods

    Returns and exchanges
    If you have ANY problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible!!!

    Incorrect Item:
    If you happen to receive an item that wasn't what you originally chose (style, size, color) you can return it and I will ship the correct item. (If the mistake was mine, I will pay for the shipping costs, if not, it is your responsibility.)

    Lost Orders:
    Although it is extremely rare for orders to get lost along the way, it may happen. Please allow 2 months to claim a lost order and do not forget to contact your local post office and customs.

    Incorrect Address:
    Please make sure your address is correct because I am not responsible for lost orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If your package returns to me due to incorrect address I will reship it upon postage payment.

    Cancellation:
    Because all items are made upon request, I do not offer any cancellation.

    Please keep in mind that I do not accept returns or refunds if the reasons aren't stated above.

    Payment
    Tica's Nest only accepts payments made through Paypal.

    You can create an account and also make payments using a credit/debit card.

    Once order is paid, order is not refundable. Because Etsy will charge on listing fees and selling commission, and Paypal will charge on payment receiving fees. So please confirm your order before you buy.
    Shipping
    Each animal is made to order, so please allow 3-5 days for production and shipping. Custom orders may take longer, please ask me for advise on the processing timeline if you have a deadline to meet.


    Regular Shipping:

    All items are shipped by International Priority Airmail (from Portugal, Europe) within 5 days of cleared payment.

    International Priority Airmail Shipping Timeframe (may vary):
    - 2 to 5 working days to European destinations
    - 7 to 12 working days for worldwide destinations



    Registered Mail with Tracking Number:

    ::ONLY REGISTERED MAIL PROVIDES TRACKING NUMBER::

    Please ask me if you want tracking number, which is possible if asked at time of purchase, which makes shipping a bit more expensive and has to be asked beforehand please.

    Please keep in mind that factors such as weather and customs may delay your shipping time. These are factors which are completely out of my control and I can't do anything about it.

    Orders are shipped to your ETSY address, if you wish to send a gift or receive your package at a different destination, please let me know at the "message to sender" section at checkout, I will be more than happy to make it happen!!!


    Packaging:

    All stuffed animals are sent inside a protected envelope.

    Because I want your items to arrive in the safest manner, I have created a special package that will protect your product in the best possible way. So please keep in mind that shipping costs include packaging and handling.
