Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to get my personalized order?

If a proof is requested, you will receive a digital proof within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once you approve your proof, it takes about 3-5 business days for your item(s) to be printed before they are shipped (items such as plates, bowls, and mugs can take up to 7-10 business days for production). Shipping can take 2-7 days depending on the shipping service used.

What if I made a mistake in the name?

It is your responsibility to provide the correct information and to review and approve the proof. If a mistake is made by us, we will correct it free of charge. If the error is yours, then we will offer a discount on the printing of a corrected item.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?

We can add a gift note to the packaging slip, just leave your note during checkout. No pricing details will be included with your package. Unfortunately, we do not office gift wrapping services at this time.

Can you RUSH my order?

We understand that situations often arise where you need items faster than normal and we will do my best to accommodate such requests. Please contact us BEFORE ordering and let us know what you plan on ordering, when you need them by, and where they will be shipped to. Extra fees will apply for rush orders, if possible.
