You have it in you to make your dreams come true! Remind yourself by putting one of these inspirational rocks somewhere you'll see it throughout the day. 'Cuz we all need a reminder now and then..

Just added this 2 jar version of my mason jar wall planter / organizer to the shop! Great for planting herbs and plants with a small root base. Also use it in the bathroom to hold your cotton balls and Qtips!

Just scored some more jars at an auction today! Now my evening will be spent cleaning them up. Not the most fun part of my job, but seeing all the sparkling vintage blue jars when I'm done makes my heart happy!

A Passion for Vintage and Design

Most anything vintage, industrial vintage in particular, makes me swoon. Show me some rustic wood crates, blue ball jars, and wire locker baskets and my pulse races. It’s fun to think about the history behind the item, where it’s been, who has used it, etc. So, couple that with my passion for creating and design, and you get someone who enjoys bringing the history of vintage and salvaged items into homes to be used in a new way. My creations bring a little bit of yesteryear upcycled and reborn into a beautiful rustic addition to your home.

Along with my passion for vintage, I also am an artist for PennyLane Publishing. You can think of them as being my "agent" in a way. When I submit artwork to Penny Lane, they decide whether they want to include it in their catalog, only offer it online as a print-on-demand print, or to not use it at all. I've also had them request artwork from me on various subjects and sizes, depending on what their clients are asking for. They sell to companies such as Target, Bed, Bath & Beyond, etc who buy the prints, have them framed, and then place them in their stores. Their clients also can license a design to put on items rather than having them framed. I have been lucky enough to have my designs purchased by Hobby Lobby, Menards, Meijer, and Kirklands. I’ve also had some designs licensed by Mohawk, Wal-Mart and Chesapeake/Warner (a wallpaper company).

While they sell my designs to their clients, I can also sell them to you here on Etsy! I use an outside printing company to create the art prints on 100lb archival paper so they're sure to stay looking good for years to come. I also have placed some of the designs on t-shirts.

Production partners

  • Big Al's Athletics

    Mount Summit, IN

Big Al's is a screen-print shop located in an old elementary school building where I attended K - 4th grade and is owned by my high school business teacher, Mr. Reynolds. They take great care in making sure each t-shirt is printed to perfection.

  • DropShipDTG

    CA, United States

Some of my t-shirts are printed by another company using a direct-to-garment printer. This allows us to print as they are ordered. It also allows us to offer a wide variety of t-shirt colors and inks so you can have the look you're wanting.

  • Overnight Prints

    Las Vegas, NV

I use Overnight Prints to print my artwork to ensure it is printed on a heavy 100lb archival matte paper that will keep your print looking good for years to come.

Welcome to The Good Co.!

I'm Susan Ball, the maker and artist behind the products you see in my shop. I am an eternal optimist, a do-er not a dreamer, and firmly believe if you want something out of life you have to get out there and make it happen for yourself. I enjoy creating products that lift people up, inspire them to reach beyond the stars, and just plain make them feel good. I'm also in love with industrial and vintage design and believe in making your surroundings a place that makes you inspired and at home.
