You're welcome to ask as many questions as you like before you make a purchase to ensure you'll be happy with your purchase. As soon as the item leaves my hands, it's left my area of responsibility and I will not be held accountable for an item being lost or damaged during shipping, or general wear or tear on jewelry after you've owned and worn it. I will do repairs on worn jewelry, provided you pay for postage to/from me and for the materials.
Payment
I accept paypal, and credit cards. I wait until your payment has cleared before shipping, so the sooner you pay me the sooner your stuff will ship.
Shipping
I usually ship via the good old post office, but let me know before the purchase if you have shipping preferences: faster,would like to purchase additional insurance, confirmation, ect. I do specialized quotes on foreign shipping based on the item. I don't do rush orders, since I work out of my home and often can't accommodate the time frame. Jewelry will be tagged, bagged and shipped to you in a padded mailer.
