Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your baby's birthday! I know how important birthdays are, especially 1st birthdays, so please feel welcomed to contact me at any time regarding questions or concerns ♥

Before ordering, please be sure to check my current turnaround time posted on my homepage. The very most important piece of information I need regarding your order is the date of your event so I know if I'm able to have an order shipped to accommodate your sweet baby's birthday. I do not process orders without your event date. If the date on my homepage will accommodate your baby's event date, please feel free to order. My calendar fills VERY QUICKLY so please, if you're interested in ordering, please do not wait.

Shipping
( WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE? }

I ship thru the USPS (everyday post office mail) and most orders are shipped with Priority shipping. Priority mail delivery USUALLY takes two or three days. My personal experience with the USPS is exceptional but they do sometimes take longer than their estimated delivery times- ESPECIALLY DURING THE HOLIDAYS. The Post Office does not guarantee delivery of any package unless its shipped Express so if you'd like a *guaranteed* delivery date, please ask for an Express shipping rate. With Priority services, the USPS does offer an 'expected delivery date' but it is NOT guaranteed. International packages are ONLY shipped with Priority International postage.

Explanation: I promise to ship your order with more time for delivery than the USPS says it will take to deliver. If you have any concern that it will not arrive on time, please go with Express shipping. If your package is delivered late, there are no refunds as Express shipping is always available.


{ WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? }

I am asked this all the time and my shipping policy is always the same regardless of how many weeks before your event date that you've ordered. ALL PACKAGES WILL SHIP ON THE MONDAY BEFORE THE EVENT DATE NOTED ON YOUR INVOICE. If your event is on Saturday/Sunday, your order will most likely be shipped on the Monday/Tuesday before your event which allows ample time for delivery. If Monday is a holiday, your order will ship Tuesday. If you're not comfortable with this, please opt for Express shipping.


{ LATE PACKAGES }

As much as every shop owner hates to admit it, sometimes packages are late- there's no way around it. I cannot stress enough- the ONLY method of guaranteed delivery is EXPRESS. I have extremely good experience with the USPS delivering packages in a timely manner but they do sometimes take longer and a package is delivered late. You always have the option, right up until the day I ship your order, to upgrade to Express shipping. If you order from my shop and your package is delivered late, I am not responsible for refunds, cancellations or the such. For a guaranteed delivery date, YOU MUST SHIP EXPRESS. And by purchasing from me, you FULLY AND COMPLETELY AGREE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THIS. YOU MUST SHIP EXPRESS TO RECEIVE A GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE.


{ DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL }

Yes, I sure do. Please send me a quick message with what you're interested in, your event date and where you live and I'll make sure I can accommodate your event date and will give you a postage rate. I only ship Priority International so #1, its faster and #2, we're both protected by the tracking number provided with that shipping method.
Refunds and Exchanges
{ CAN I CANCEL? }

Yes, you can cancel and cancellations are handled on an individual basis. If I've ordered supplies or started working on your order, there are no cancellations. There are absolutely no cancellations with rush orders or special orders. If an order has been placed for an item I do not have publicly listed in my shop, I do not offer cancellations.


{ WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS? }

As everything is made just for you, if I've started working on your items, I cannot cancel or refund.


{ WHAT ABOUT EXCHANGES? }

Please be sure to provide proper sizing information, age, colors, sleeve length and any other pertinent product information on your invoice as each item is made just for you and I cannot accept exchanges.

Random bits of information-


NUMBER 1- I'm a small business owner and I am a mother. My first and most important job is that of a MOTHER. I do not have an assistant or employee to help me and as I work 100% with the mothers, I know you'll understand that our first responsibility is for our children. If you're not in agreement, do not order.

1. Your shipping date will be the Monday before your event date. This information is posted ALL over my shop. This info is also in every listing in my shop, its in my shop banner, its in these policies and it's in the confirmation emails I sent after purchase.

2. Transit times are approximate. Tutu outfits are sent with Priority shipping and according to the United States Postal Service, delivery takes 2-3 days. ALL of the outfits ordered from my shop will ship Priority and usually be delivered in 2/3 days. The USPS does NOT guaranteed any delivery date with Priority shipping so if you'd prefer to have your package guaranteed delivered by a certain date, please ask for an Express shipping price. Your package is never guaranteed to be delivered by a specific date unless you ship Express.

3. The date you write on your invoice is the date I work with. If you tell me your event date is April 1st, your order will ship to arrive for an April 1st event. I cannot and do not ship early. Do not note an event date of April 1st on your invoice and mention later that you forgot to schedule photos. Moving event dates is confusing and I can almost always promise that I will not be able to change your event date.

4. All items are subject to back-order, discontinue and unavailability at all times. I make a LOT of outfits every week and I do my absolute best to keep on top of ordering supplies and making sure my supplies are in stock at all times. From shirts or bodysuits or sleeve lengths to ribbon or elastic or shipping boxes or tulle or even shipping labels, I do my best to make sure I have everything I need to make your order. From the time your order is placed to the time its ready to be started is many weeks and sometimes my supplies are on back-order, sometimes they've been discontinued and sometimes they're out of stock or sometimes I order and it just takes a lot longer for the supply to get to me than it should. PLEASE understand that I cannot control what an import company has in stock when I try to order or how long it takes to be delivered to me. If this occurs, I will send a message with that information and you will have the option to cancel/refund or continue with a different supply. PLEASE remember that I order all of my supplies from other companies just like you would. I do not have special pull with a company or special powers that make me be able to get things, sometimes supplies are just out of stock.


Especially during season change- sleeve lengths may occasionally be unavailable.

THIS IS IMPORTANT!!!!

{ I'VE DECIDED TO ORDER BUT WANT CHANGES, WHAT SHOULD I DO? }

Regarding order changes:

I love to make changes to my outfits, it keeps my shop fresh and gives me new things to make. I do not charge fees for custom orders and I'm always happy to take orders for custom pieces or make changes to my current lineup. If you're wanting to make changes, YOU MUST MESSAGE ME BEFORE ORDERING. DO NOT ORDER WITH CHANGES UNLESS YOU'VE CONFIRMED THE CHANGES WITH ME BEFOREHAND. IF YOU ORDER AND NOTE CHANGES TO THE PATTERN AND/OR COLORS OF THE OUTFIT WITHOUT MESSAGING ME FIRST, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED.

For example- do NOT order a pink and gold outfit from my shop and write on your invoice to add purple or green. I will NOT do that. The items I ship must match the items purchased. I'm always very happy to make changes to outfits but the changes have to be discussed prior to ordering so I know what shade of color change you're wanting or where you're wanting the color added.

If I've approved a color change, it MUST be noted on your invoice. If not on your invoice, the change will not be made because I cannot remember details of messages sent many weeks ago. If you fail to provide the change information on your invoice, I am not responsible for any mistakes even though we've spoken about them before the order. In short- if you are making changes, ask about them first and then put them on your invoice.

6. Because I'm a human and not a machine, occasionally I might make a mistake. I try my best to make everything as described in orders but if I do make an error, I MUST be notified within 24 hours of delivery. If you do not message me promptly, I cannot correct my mistake promptly. If I'm notified of an error after your event date has passed, there will be absolutely no corrections.

When your package arrives, please double check size, name spelling and sleeve length and if an error has been made, let me know immediately and I will correct the mistake and reship. I will send a return label for you to send the item back and I MUST HAVE THE INCORRECT PIECE RETURNED TO ME PROMPTLY BEFORE I WILL REMAKE IT, NO EXCEPTIONS.

7. I work with a lot of different textiles (tulle, ribbon, fabric) and no textile will EVER be identical in color to another textile. Because ribbon is made from a different material than tulle, I will always do my best to match them together but they will never be identical. The photos you view are a great representation of what you will receive if you decide to order.
