I accept payment through Paypal. I have a business account, so you do not need a Paypal account to pay me through them, only a credit card or a debit card backed by a credit card. (Please note: Paypal has a limited amount per credit card that can be purchased before a Paypal account is made--in this case, please let me know and I will send you an invoice via Google Checkout or Amazon Payments.)

I would appreciate payment within three days of your order, but I will work with you to arrange alternate payment time frames in cases of emergency. Payments not received within 3 days (with no response from customer to convos or e-mails) will be canceled and the item will be re-listed.

All Utah residents will be charged Utah sales tax dependent upon your location within the state.
All artwork will be shipped via USPS first class mail (domestic and international) within 3 days once payment has cleared.

IMPORTANT: All orders will be shipped to your Paypal address. Make sure you enter the correct "ship to" address during your Paypal checkout because that is the one I will ship to to ensure that we are both protected by Paypal's policies in the event of a delivery problem.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you would like to return your purchase, you must contact me within 3 days of receiving your item to discuss the details of the return. You will be refunded the amount of money that you spent on the item(s) less shipping cost. The artwork must be received back to me in its original condition. A refund will be issued once I receive the artwork (in its original condition).

Custom creations are refundable on a case-by-case basis. Custom pieces with any personalization are non-refundable.
