Like most people, I live on a budget. I've always loved the look, feel, and construction of clothing from another era, but the quest for pieces that I can afford to wear can be disheartening!

While out hunting for myself, I would frequently find vintage clothing that fit my budget but didn't fit me. I'd forever be trying to contact friends while holding some beautiful piece in my hands, hoping they'd be able to take my call and tell me if it was something they wanted for their own closets.

I already had an Etsy shop where I had been selling my own jewelry designs since 2006, and in 2009 or so, the lightbulb finally came on. Here was the perfect outlet for all of those chance finds that didn't fit me, but were crying out for new homes where they'd see the light of day!
