I do not offer refunds or exchanges.

That being said your satisfaction is very important to me. If you have a problem with your item please let me know and I'll see if I can make a special exception
Payment is due upon ordering. If payment is not received within 3 days of order, the transaction will be cancelled. I accept payments through PayPal. You don’t even need a Paypal account. Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, bank account or check.

I will gladly consider trades. Please select other as your payment option. I will send the item out when we both agree to the terms of the trade.
I send out my items by USPS first class mail. If you would like your item sent priority or another way please let me know and I will send you a revised invoice.

I am not responsible for lost, late or damaged packages. If you are not confident in the USPS's ability to deliver your purchase at all, on time, or in the condition you purchased it in, I strongly suggest purchasing insurance. If you are interested in purchasing insurance, please contact me before paying with PayPal so I may adjust the shipping cost.
