All sales are final. No refunds will be offered.

Payment
Payments to be made via PayPal.

Payment needs to be made within 3 working days of a purchase. If not the purchase will be cancelled.
Shipping
Items are shipped on a Tuesday or Friday. But occasionally due to stock shortage (particularly if you would like an item in a different colour to that which is featured) or holidays there may be a delay. Please contact me via a convo if you need the item urgently and I will confirm whether I can post faster.

Item will be shipped Royal Mail (Airmail for international). International packages are sent with a tracking code (as of 19th May 09), with the exception of certain small items.

For international shipping, the buyer is responsible for any fees or charges incurred with the destination country's customs. Please allow for at least 10 working days to receive the delivery internationally.

For UK shipping, items generally sent by recorded mail. If the item is undelivered and not collected from the delivery office and hence returned to us, we will hold the item for 3 weeks. If we do not hear from you in that time the stock will return to our shelves. If you wish for us to resend the item a small fee may be required to cover shipping costs.

Photographed items are often sample pieces. Bought items are handmade to order. As they are handmade, they may not look identical to the photo.
