Welcome to Tied Up In Ribbons. I offer old and used items. These items show wear and unless described as like new are obviously used. I will describe any flaws or problems I see as clearly as possible. I welcome any questions about the items as well.

Payment
I accept paypal and prefer immediate payment. Please pay within 3 days at the longest. If you need to cancel a transaction, please email me as soon as possible and within 3 days (72 hrs) of the initiation of the transaction. Sales tax is charged on items sold to someone in the state of Texas.
Shipping
Standard shipping for this shop is priority mail. I try to mail items out within 3-5 days of purchase. If you need an item there sooner, please contact me for expedited mail options. If you want to chose a less expensive method of shipment, convo me prior to purchase.

There is not a handling fee in the shipping. I charge actual shipping costs and refund if I am off on the estimates. I can ship internationally as well as here in US. I will not mark custom sheets as 'gift' instead of supplies or accurate information.

I do not include insurance but offer it as an option. If you want to add insurance, please let me know. I do obtain delivery confirmation.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unless insurance has been purchased, I cannot offer refunds on items lost in the process of shipment. Once it leaves my hands I cannot be responsible for the package. I do not offer refunds except in the case of a mistake on my part in description. Please notify me within 48 hrs of delivery if there is a problem.
