Amazing people standout in a crowd!

I love being an accessory designer and making unique piece that travel the world. Producing that eye catching item that will add a distinct flair to someone’s wardrobe. What could be better!

My great grandmother was a florist, and my mother has often talked about the many corsages and buttonholes she made whilst working for her.
These two ladies love of flowers and fabric, and of course special occasions, has been the inspiration for Tie Lilys CatcH

I started the range with lapel pins which can be worn at any number of events, including a joyous wedding, or as once was the case to simply brighten your day. Monogram pins add a much more personal touch, but all allow an individual to express a creative style.
I am now extending the range to other accessories.

My emphasis is always on quality, style and ease of use. My inspiration comes from all around me, but mostly from eras past and the Far East. I use a variety of new, recycled and vintage fabrics and trims, so my items tend to be one-of-a-kind or limited editions.

The inspiration for this shop name - Tie Lilys Catch
Tie – brings everything together, a thing that unites, the link.
Lilys – have tall, elegant, broad leaves and small delicate, graceful flowers. Their scent is both sweet and powerful.
CatcH – cat ..ch. Cats are risk takers, true individuals that walk to the beat of their own drum. They know what they want and pursue it. They have poise, are attractive and exude an aura of serenity. They are formidable, with one eye always open in search of the catch of the day.
Essentially ....... Amazing people standout in a crowd!

Returns and exchanges
Hopefully you will be delighted with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event you are not totally satisfied you have 14 days from receipt in which to notify me and return the goods. It is necessary to inform me of your intent to return, prior to shipping. Items must be returned in a secure parcel, in original condition, unused, unworn, undamaged and devoid of odours eg. smoke, for a full refund and to avoid a reduction in the reimbursement. I will arrange a replacement (where agreed) or refund within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting or send Tracked for your own insurance, should the parcel become lost. The cost of return shipping is your (the buyers) responsibility.
International buyers outside the EU when returning an item, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges and attach a completed customs declaration. I am not responsible for any returns stopped at Customs due to not being clearly marked. In this instance you will be responsible for any Customs and admin costs incurred.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure correct initial / spelling or measurement is given for any personalised, bespoke or customised items. For obvious reasons it is not possible to re sell, and therefore accept returns on personalised, bespoke and customised items.

Should your parcel arrive damaged please let me know upon receipt. Photographs of the item and packaging will be required, and in some cases the item and packaging returned for Royal Mail inspection, so I can file a postal claim. A full refund will be given.

Lost - Royal Mail will not consider a parcel lost until at least -
18 working days have passed for UK mail
25 working days have passed for Europe
32 working days have passed for Rest of World
Majority of parcels do turn up eventually, your patience will always be appreciated.

Undeliverable - Items that are returned to me as undeliverable will be reshipped at the buyer's expense.

Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, Paypal or Etsy Gift Card.
Please note - the default payment is Etsy Direct Checkout. If you want to pay using PayPal, make sure you select the PayPal payment option when viewing your shopping cart contents, before proceeding to checkout. Secure payment can be made using Paypal. Payment will simply be taken from your credit/ debit card. Your bank details are not disclosed to me.

I will always post to the address supplied via Etsy / Paypal, so please check your details are up to date.
If you want me to send to an alternative address, this must be updated on your order before proceeding to checkout.

"This order includes a gift" shown at checkout, is a request to not include a receipt in the parcel for domestic orders. All international orders will contain a receipt in the parcel and the value of the item on the customs form, whether this box it checked or not, as is required by customs for imported goods.
Shipping
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped and will be refunded in full. This does not apply to personalised, bespoke and customised items. However, should you have a change of heart prior to shipment please contact me via convo. Depending upon the stage of manufacture I will do my best to accommodate.
This form can be used as a record of cancellation, although it is not obligatory.

All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class, estimated by Royal Mail to arrive within 1 - 3 business days. If you require a Next Day Service, please contact me and I will advise the up-charge.

For International buyers Royal Mail advises that Airmail takes approximately 10 business days. Please be aware that this is an estimate and delivery could take considerably longer, up to 6 weeks, especially at busy periods and to remote areas, or if held up at customs.

International buyers are responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Including any handling fee for collecting these taxes.
A customs label is required for all parcels that have a destination outside of the EU. Please don't ask me to mark the items as a gift, or to under-report the value.
I would recommend checking the import threshold for your country.

Packaging & Dispatch
I aim to dispatch orders within the shipping date's indicated on each listing. If however this is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances or customising, you will be informed of the soonest date your order can be dispatch. .

Products are designed & handmade by me in the UK. Fabrics and colours may vary slightly from item to item, this should not affect the overall look of the design. Care has been taken to ensure product images & descriptions are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur.
Privacy
I Julie Driscoll am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop Tie Lilys CatcH.

When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Etsy, I will receive your username.

The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes, or for any other purpose other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
