My hope is that you are completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your work. I will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus shipping costs). You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.

No refunds on rush, custom or canceled orders. Store credit only. Please ask before you shop.

*Please note that computer screens may differ and the color of the piece on the screen may not look exactly like what you receive. This is because monitors are calibrated differently. Also, any prints with a "soft focus" or texture work (grain, spots, etc.) were created that way on purpose, please keep that in mind when ordering.
Payment
I accept payment by PayPal, credit card purchases made via PayPal and direct checkout payments via Etsy. You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay via credit card. Simply select the "PayPal" button at checkout and follow the instructions.

I ship prints only after I have received payment. If payment has not been made within 48 hours of purchase, with no email correspondence, the order will be cancelled. If you have any questions about the checkout process or have extenuating circumstances, please contact me so that I can assist you.

If you have a promo or coupon code, enter it on the cart page, right before you check out. Simply click on the blue text located right above the item total (and below the credit card images), and enter the code. If you have any questions, contact me.
Shipping
All photographic prints are created and shipped within 7 days of receiving payment. I will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Domestic (US) orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days (from the date of shipment). International orders can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on customs. Custom orders are made on demand and may take longer.

I will ship your order to the address listed as your ETSY ADDRESS, not your PayPal address. Please use the feature at checkout to change your shipping address if you are sending a gift. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, I will have to charge for shipping again.

My prints and cards are sealed inside an archival cello sleeve for protection and then placed in a sturdy cardboard photo mailer. Large prints are carefully rolled and placed in rigid tubes.

If your print arrives damaged, snap a photograph, email it, and I’d be happy to replace it.

If you need an item to arrive sooner, I can offer express shipping options at a reasonable cost. Please contact me for details prior to making a purchase and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

International orders: you are responsible for customs fees. Orders will not be accepted as returned due to fees.
