Hello and welcome to The Clay Cafe.

All of my polymer clay pieces are handcrafted by myself in my home and are baked in a polymer clay oven, I myself like to use premo polymer clay and glaze all my pieces after they are baked, if you would prefer your piece to be unglazed please let me know ahead of time.

I am so glad you've decided to check us out!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
We do not accept Refunds or Exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase please let me know!

Refer to the Shipping Policy for additional information.
Payment must come through within 48 hours of your order, if you need an extension please convo me. I will send out a convo after 24 hours with a reminder of the 48 hour policy. If after the reminder I do not get a convo back or receive payment the sale will be cancelled.

As of right now The Clay Cafe accepts payments made through paypal or by money order (this money order must come from the USPS for security reasons). Sinner's Sweets will begin making your order as soon as payment clears as long as it clears before 5:00 p.m. EST. Payment must be made in full prior to orders being filled.

Jewelry and clay piece orders will be made as soon as payment has cleared and will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
All Jewelry pieces are (created if necessary and then) shipped after payment has cleared regardless of what day of the week (Except for Sundays and Holidays of course). Your jewelry piece or clay charms will be shipped in a bubble mailer.

If you would like your order to be insured that will also be an additional fee so again just convo me and we'll work something out. Your sweets are made with the lots of love and care and are packaged as securely as possible. After they leave I cannot guarantee that the Postal Service will be as careful with them. Remember to plan accordingly if there is bad weather in your area or forecasts of bad weather as this can also delay mailings. If there is a problem let me know and I'll see what I can do for you =)
