Fine art painting every day
I first began on Etsy with hand painted boxes and cards until I felt comfortable showing my fine art canvas works , my main passion. For fun I delve into vinyl record art and also offer prints of my paintings. I am a professional artist, painting murals and freelancing for a living. I've been fortunate enough to work with awesome people since leaving my day job in 2010.
I have since had an appearance on television, been published in a few art publications, had two solo art shows, been part of a Guinness World Record Breaking Mural project, and have a major show at a renowned gallery this Summer 2014 as well as more magazine debuts.
I guess you could say I got my first little start here on Etsy and love the little community it fosters.
I can usually be found in my studio trying to catch up with work, preparing for a show or just good old fashioned meditative painting. I have recently teamed up with some great ladies in my neighborhood who design bags, I have my paintings printed to fabric and they create the lovely totes. This came about when an internet troll kept telling me my art looked like bed sheets. What a great idea, my art printed to fabric! Always looking on the bright side of things I made lemonade out of lemons. I'll let you know when the line of bedsheets comes out! ?
