How can I track my parcel?
To track your order you can log into your Etsy account and track your orders under 'Purchases and reviews'.

Where is my parcel?
All UK orders are sent via 1st class signed for delivery, but due to the current situation, some delays can be expected. Please contact me after 8 working days from the dispatch date if your order still hasn't arrived.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside the UK) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside the UK) are all sent via un-tracked delivery which takes an average of 5-14 working days but delays can occur as they have to go through customs. Please contact me after 6 weeks from the dispatch date if your order still hasn't arrived.

Sizing details
Most sizes are in widths, meaning the length of the product. Height may vary and for the set stickers you can find all the information about sizing in the listing description.
Please note that unless if you have the measurements of the item/area where you are looking to place your stickers onto, I cannot estimate any sizes based on pictures sent to me. I can give advice, but it is always the buyer's responsibility to choose the correct size as I do not accept returns for customised orders.
I ordered a wrong size/there is a spelling mistake, can I return the item and change it?
Please note that I do NOT offer returns or refunds on custom or personalised products, unless if it is my fault that the product is wrong. It is the buyer's responsibility to choose the right size and check that your text is correct, and if in doubt please contact me first before ordering.
I copy-paste all texts as they are from the personalisation box, so unless there is an obvious spelling mistake, I will not contact you to double-check that your text is correct. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that your text is as it should before placing the order.
My address is incorrect
If after purchasing you notice that your address was incorrect please contact me ASAP and I can change it for you.
I will NOT send orders out for free or refund orders if your address was incorrect. If you notice that your address was incorrect and the order has already been dispatched, there are two options:
1. We can wait for the original order to be returned back to me. This might take several weeks (depending on the country it was sent to).
2. You can make another purchase to the correct address.
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the delivery address is correct.
