I really love this. I'm using it in a pairing with another piece I bought at a crafts festival. They fit together perfectly! Thanks again!

Hello and thanks so much for coming to visit my etsy shop, TileMosaicGirl! An active and trained artist throughout childhood, I'm happy to say this "recovering adult" is back to what she was meant to do; creating unique pieces of art! I've always loved mosaics and collage and started learning about mosaics and creating them in the last couple of years. I've now finally decided to leave the rat race and devote my full time attention to this endeavor; I hope you like what I have to offer.

My pieces are all made to be enjoyed immediately; whether they're for you or a wonderful gift. All are finished on all sides; painted, sealed, framed, or mosaic'd, with the appropriate hangers, felt bumpers, etc. I think a nice touch, too, is that each piece comes signed and with my 'Sticker of Authenticity' that says, "An Original by TileMosaicGirl", so that you and your loved ones know that they are receiving an original piece of art.

If you are looking for something that's almost-like-what-you-see, but not quite, let me know and I can create a custom piece/listing tailored to your specifications.

Payment
~Please pay for your item within 3 days. If you have any special circumstances that might delay payment, please contact me regarding the issue.

~I accept Paypal only, which you can use to pay from your credit card or banking account. PayPal is a third party credit card processor that keeps all your transaction information secure. You do NOT need your own PayPal account to use the service. If you've never used Paypal and need help or directions, please contact me and I will do my best to assist you.

~If payment is not received (or special arrangements made with my approval) within 72 hours, the sale will be cancelled and the item relisted.

~At the time of payment, if you are from Colorado, Paypal will add state sales tax of 2.9% to your total.
Shipping
~Please remember; mosaics are heavy and need to be packed adequately to arrive to you free from damage. I am not trying to make money off the shipping; just trying to give you a fair price with the appropriate mail service that will ensure items arriving as lovely and wonderful as you hoped they would be.

~I can ship UPS or USPS; I have calculated rates for both and will either choose the more cost effective option or you can let me know your preference AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE (please don't wait until it's too late for me to change it!)

~I am happy to combine shipping on multiple items purchased at once to save you money!

~I am now welcoming International buyers and will work with you to get the best rate possible for your location.

~Most orders are shipped within 48 hours from date of PAYMENT. I do not ship on Sundays or major holidays. See my Shop Announcements section for any pertinent vacation notices that might affect your shipping time. (Yes; even artists need to take time off!)

~I can ship Priority Mail Flat Rate economically for many smaller items for $4.95; many medium for $10.35; and several large for $13.95 in the U.S., which will get there in 2-3 days after shipment. Canada Priority Mail Flat Rates range from $10.95 to $32.95 and get there within 6-10 business days after shipment.

~If we are shipping your package USPS, and you want insurance and/or delivery confirmation, that's no problem; just let me know; they are very low cost to add ($1.75-$2.75 and up to .80). I carefully wrap and pack each piece. (Sometimes the packing material isn't pretty because I'm trying to do my part to reuse and recycle; let me know if it's a gift and you want the packaging "prettier") I am not responsible for items damaged in transit (UPS provides insurance for up to $100 value automatically, and every extra $1.50 charge covers $100 more in value).

~If you would like me to ship to an address other than your own, please let me know ASAP (preferably at PURCHASE, before payment, so I don't automatically ship to your billing address). If you would like me to include a note from you (like a gift message or special instructions), please tell me and I will do so.

~If there is a difference of $2.00 or more between charged and actual shipping costs, I will gladly issue a refund to you for the difference.
Refunds and Exchanges
Hopefully, you will love all your purchases from TileMosaicGirl! I do my best to describe and photograph all items as accurately as possible so there are no surprises. All pictures posted in a listing are of the actual item you are purchasing unless noted otherwise. I also do my absolute best to make sure that the item is adequately protected and packaged. As stated in my Shipping Policies, I am not responsible for items damaged in transit. If you had me ship UPS or insured USPS, you will be able to file a claim and get your money refunded from them. If your item was shipped UPS or insured USPS, please follow their claim procedures and contact me if you would like an almost-identical piece made for you to purchase with your claim money (these are original pieces of art; I’ll do my absolute best and can send you a ‘proof’ picture of the replacement item for approval before payment).

If there is a problem, PLEASE let me know and we will work together to resolve the issue. Please contact and work with me on resolution BEFORE leaving your feedback! All returned items must gain prior approval from myself, the Seller. All items must be returned (with a valid receipt showing such shipment date) within 5 days after you (or the recipient) receives it. I HIGHLY recommend obtaining full proof of shipment and/or delivery confirmation so that you have proof in the case of a missing returned item.

IF we agree on you returning the item, please wrap the item in the box/wrapping it came in, or something comparable that will protect it--items that are shipped back and damaged due to negligence will not be refunded. If a return is accepted, I will process a Merchandise Credit of the original item minus the shipping charge within 10 days after receiving the item in its original condition.
Additional policies and FAQs
I'm happy to do a custom piece/listing for items in the store or items previously sold. If I have made a custom order for you, I will always send ‘proof’ photos of the finished product for your final approval before shipping. You have 3 days to report any dissatisfaction with the finished custom product. After that time, I will ship the piece, assuming you are pleased with the final product.

If you see something you like, but want different colors, themes, sizes, etc., please contact me and we can work something up. I love being creative and creating new and interesting pieces that work for different people, so just ask. Like I said, I welcome custom orders, but there are times when I'm too busy to fit them in and will need to decline. Please ask, but also be understanding.
I welcome Alchemy jobs as well.
