Hi, my name is Theresa & I thank you for stopping in. My shop focuses primarily on handbags, backpacks, clutches, zip pouches and purses. I am slowly working in other items such as mini monster plush keychains, hand embroidered hangings, table runners and pillows.

All of my works are handmade. I send nothing out to be finished by any manufacturer. I believe handmade creations are beautiful and inherently unique.

My goal is to make each bag it's own by changing the pairings of print and fabric with every bag. To do so I use purchased, found and remnant fabrics. Having smaller amounts of different fabrics helps me create a unique visual variety. Those fabrics I do have more of will be spread out among different bag designs. This allows for a one-of-a-kind look.

Come visit my blogs: http://tiltcreations.blogspot.com for a peek into my life, http://tiltcreationstoo.blogspot.com for what I am creating now and http://tilttreasures.blogspot.com to see the works of other amazing artisans.

Payment
At this time I can only accept payment through Paypal. Remember, it is free to sign up, and their service is secure. If you do not want to sign up with Paypal, you can still pay through their site with a credit/debit card.
Delivery cannot begin until payment has been received. If I have not received payment after three days, I will attempt to contact you before canceling your order.
Shipping
Items ship within 7 days of payment via USPS. I package all my orders & ship them to you in the most economical way I can. This is generally First Class for all items under 13 ounces. Items over 13 ounces must be delivered at least Priority Mil when using USPS. I also use Delivery Confirmations when able.

If you prefer Priority shipping, please send me a conversation before completing the payment process and I will send you an updated invoice.

Any shipping overage over the amount of $1.00 will be refunded to you via Paypal.

If you are an international customer, please be aware of the rules and restrictions concerning your particular country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any custom dues, etc. If the cost of shipping seems a bit excessive, please note that anything in excess of $1.00 USD is refunded.

I do reuse shipping and packaging materials for a greener Earth. Also, to keep waste to a minimum, I do not provide a printed invoice in shipments. If you require an invoice please contact me and I would be more than happy to oblige.

Every country has their own fees and such with shipments coming in, therefore customers are responsible for paying International Custom duty and import fees and taxes.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please note that although I do not accept unauthorized returns, I will review each situation on a case-by-case basis. Keep in mind that I am unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence of use such as staining, perfume, or smoke. You should read the item descriptions carefully and ask any questions you might have before you make the purchase.
If something is not right, email me with the subject “Order Error” within three days of receiving your order. In the body of your email, include your order number, name and address, details of the product, and the reason for the return. Please wait for my approval and instructions before shipping an item back to me. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the mistake was mine.
If your return is approved, the item must be returned in its original packaging with tags still attached and with all enclosed documentation. The item must be received by us no later than 14 business days following the date your return was approved.
Additional policies and FAQs
Missing/damaged orders:
If there is an error on my part (e.g. I ship the wrong item), I will pay for the return shipping and will correct the error immediately. Please email me with the Subject ‘Order Error' within 3 Days of receiving your order.
Please email me immediately if your order hasn't arrived after 4 weeks.

If you entered a wrong address at checkout and the package is sent back to me, I will ship it back as soon as you confirm with me your correct address (additional shipping fees may be required).

Custom Orders:
I am happy to work with you on custom orders. The process involves lots of back and forth communication, so be prepared :) My usual routine is to work with you on choosing fabrics...I can even work with fabric you already have if you would like. Once fabric choices are made, I make a listing for the down payment, generally half of the total cost. I send out updates & photos when they are completed. Upon visual approval by you, I list the completed item & send out once payment is received.
