Shipping
If your items are damaged when you receive them, please message me with a picture of the item(s) along with what happened to them. If your item was damaged during transit, I will need to file an insurance claim. Once I file the claim, you will receive an email from the insurance site with a form that needs to be filled out and submitted back to them within a certain amount of days (I believe it's about 5 days, it'll say when you receive it). Once the claim is processed and I receive the insurance money in my account, I will then create a new sculpture for you if that is what you wish, and have it sent to you at my earliest convenience (it depends on workload at the time).

**if you do not fill out the insurance claim affidavit, I will not be sending you a new item**

**If you do not provide me with any picture evidence as well as an explanation regarding the irreparable damage, I will not be giving you a refund if that's what you wanted**

I ship using USPS, but sometimes I use UPS if I have a really fragile item. Every item comes with a tracking number and insurance. I ship first class unless otherwise discussed previous to your purchase, as it will effect the pricing if you want it sooner.

I charge $25 base rush fees if you want items shipped by a certain date that is close to the date you contacted me about the item(s). If it is something that I cannot possibly get done for you in the time frame you've requested I'll let you know up front.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are a case by case determination factor. It really depends on the situation, so please message me and we will go from there.
