Welcome to Timberline! We are twenty-something twin sisters who have studied art and interior design. We each specialize in unique talents and work together to build a shop full of quality pieces that are beautiful and functional. We create pieces that we love and we think you will love them too!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
We will refund or exchange any item that is damaged or differs significantly from the description. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us and we will do what we can to help.

We do not offer refunds based on a change of heart. As the measurements of each painting is specifically given, we do not offer refunds if you are unhappy with the size of the painting. Remember when wearing glass beaded jewelry that strings and cords only stretch so far, and glass beads will break if dropped. Certain metals can and will tarnish, so please treat your jewelry with care. We cannot be held responsible for breakage due to excessive wear and tear.

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping charges and we require that a delivery confirmation is attached. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Please send us a note to let us know of your return so that we can be on the lookout for your package. We can then prepare your refund or exchange.

-In a situation where a refund must be given, please alert us within 7 days of postal receipt.

-A refund, less the cost of shipping, will be issued after either the item has been returned to us (after arrangements have been discussed) or after photographs of the damage have been exchanged.

-NO REFUNDS will be given after 7 days of postal receipt.

-Due to the nature of their use, Earrings are not returnable.
At this time we only accept PayPal. Credit cards and E-checks are accepted through PayPal.

Payment is expected within 48 hours of commitment to purchase. If you have any questions, contact us so we can clear them up!

Illinois state residents will be charged sales tax through PayPal.
We confirm orders within 48 hours. If we are away, our site will give you instructions about when we are returning. Shipments go out USPS First Class mail.

Shipping Schedule: Items purchased and paid for Monday-Thursday will be shipped within 48 hours. Items purchased between Friday and 5pm Sunday will ship on the following Monday.

If there is any reason for delay, we will contact you immediately via Etsy conversation or Email.

We cannot make any guarantees about postal delivery speed. If you would like your items to reach you sooner, contact us BEFORE you purchase so we can revise the shipping charges to cover Priority, Express, or overnight shipping. All purchases are shipped with delivery confirmation. Please be aware that sometimes the post office makes mistakes, and even with USPS tracking sometimes they do not scan the package at every stopover along its delivery route.

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages. If you would like insurance on your package, please contact us before you pay and we will send you a revised invoice with insurance added.

In the event that your Paypal address and your Etsy mailing address do not match, we will contact you as soon as we notice the discrepancy to get clarification. This may cause a delay in shipping time. If we cannot get in contact with you after 1 week of purchase, we will ship to your Etsy address as default.

We do not ship internationally.

*Please note that while custom orders are welcome, already existing art pieces cannot be exactly duplicated. We will do our best to create something similar, and something that is truly yours.
