Using thousands of tiny beads, as well as artisan-crafted beads and buttons, I create wearable art for your wrists and neck. I employ techniques such as peyote, herringbone stitch, right angle weave, and bead crochet as I play with all these wonderful beads to create designs that range from simple to elaborate to everything in between.

Payment
Need help with the checkout process on Etsy?
http://www.etsy.com/help_guide_checkout.php

Pay via PayPal (there'll be a link on the Etsy invoice), or use your credit card via Etsy's Direct Checkout. You can also pay with a Money Order; I ask that you contact me immediately after your purchase if you plan to send me a Money Order, so I'll know when to expect it.

Custom Orders require a 50% down payment before I can begin work, payable via a Custom Order I'll create for you. I'll work with you through the entire process of selecting beads, bead colors, clasps, etc., to make sure you're happy with what you're ordering. Once your custom piece(s) has been completed, I'll post a listing for the balance due on the order and ship it to you as soon as the payment has been completed.
Shipping
I typically ship packages the day after your payment is received/cleared. I'll send you a convo to let you know your package is on its way to you.

I ship to the address on the Etsy receipt. If you need me to ship to another address, please let me know in the Notes to Seller or by a convo.

Shipping/handling will be automatically combined if you're purchasing more than one item at a time. Because of the way Etsy shipping is calculated, people making multiple purchases at the same time may wind up paying more than the cost of shipping/handling. When that occurs, the shipping overpayment will be refunded via PayPal.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase, so I describe everything to the best of my ability. Please ask any questions before you purchase.

For beadwoven pieces, please contact me if you need something resized. Sizes are provided within each of the listings, but if you need clarification of any of the measurements I'll be glad to provide them to you.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do LOTS of custom orders, so if you see something you like and would like it in another color or size, please contact me.

For some of my beadwoven pieces, I will be listing items as "Made to Order." This means that the piece pictured in the listing is not available, but you are able to order one just like it (same colors). Turnaround on the made-to-order pieces will vary, but it will typically take me less than a week to create your custom piece.

: : : CUSTOMS / DUTY / TAXES / VAT / ETC : : :
All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs duties,
taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs may be applied to your package at the discretion of your local customs officers or post office. I will not mark international orders as "gift", and I will not undervalue the contents of the package on the customs form as that is against the law.

: : : DIGITAL PATTERNS : : :

When you purchase any of my patterns, you're able to download them via links in the email you receive immediately after purchase or via your receipt (which can be found under You >> Purchases and reviews. If you've downloaded your files and have lost them due to a computer issue, and for some reason you're not able to download them again (or you purchased before Etsy provided automatic download capability), please contact me for a custom listing. I will be happy to set up a listing for you with the patterns you've purchased so you can download them all again. The cost for this custom listing is $1.25 per pattern, to cover the time it takes me to set up the listing and the cost of the listing and transaction fees.
