We will gladly work with you on creating a one of a kind item. Please contact us directly to discuss your needs. With all custom orders, once you have given your approval, there are no returns or cancellations.
I have received one of your repurposed jewelry items and they do not look new, why is that?
All our repurposed/Up cycled jewelry items are just that. We take vintage pieces and recreated new modern designs. Because of this, some of the components will show some age. This is part of the charm of the item and is in no way considered a defect.
Jewelry care instructions.
Because of the delicate nature of our creations, care must be used when wearing and cleaning. It is not recommended to wear our pieces while swimming, bathing or doing strenuous activity.
If you must clean, a tooth brush dipped in a mild soapy water and gently brushed should get the job done. Make sure to dry thoroughly. Please do not soak your items in harsh chemical cleaners.
Why must I pay for return shipping?
All items are photographed and explained in detail to make an informed decision. If for any reason the item does not meet your satisfaction, all shipping fees will be the buyers responsibility. The item must be returned in condition received.
If the item is damaged in transit, please let us know immediately, Provide us with details of the damage as well as pictures of the item damaged and the packaging. In this instance, we will pay for the return shipping.
