Cute airplane, very well made..painting is done very well. Happy with this purchase. Delivery does take a while, so if you're thinking of Christmas, get your order placed at least 8 weeks in advance. Would buy again from this shop.

Accepted payment methods

Items will ship within 2-4 weeks, depending upon our order load when payment clears. We try to accommodate in every way we can, and if you have a deadline for an order, please make sure to let us know. Orders are completed in the order in which received.
While we make every effort to contact you regarding payment, if we do not receive a response from you withing five (5) days from your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and transaction. Likewise we also reserve the right to cancel the order and transaction if acknowledgment is made but payment is still not received within a total of ten (10) days from your order.
Items are shipped from the US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. Items will be shipped within 2-4 weeks, unless it is an unusually busy time, or the Holiday season which may/may not add up to double the shipping time, when payment clears and should arrive two (2) to ten (10) days from shipdate if shipped to a location within the continental USA. Of course, during the Holiday season, we work round the clock almost to insure that orders are completed and delivered in time for Christmas, and have had orders come in even a week before.
However, we do our best to accommodate our customers in every way we can to get an order out. If there is a time frame, please let us know. A Rush Order Fee is also available in order to get the order out quicker. This is due to the fact that we are a small business and do not mass manufacturer products, therefore, we do not keep inventory on hand. As we grow, we will be able to have more products on hand.
Packages shipped to locations in the USA come with tracking / delivery confirmation numbers which will be sent to your email account or an etsy conversation once the item has been shipped.
This charge and any handling fees are already included in the price of shipping, and prices could fluctuate due to rising gas prices, etc. Feel free to check with us on the shipping charges as they can vary sometimes depending on where the item is being shipped to and the weight of the product by providing a zip code and we will get back to you with a final charge.
We offer both Priority Mail and First Class International Mail. Most shoppers prefer First Class International Mail only because it is about half the cost. Items are shipped First Class International by default and usually arrive between six (6) to fifteen (15) business days (Monday-Friday) from the shipdate, please see above time on US shipping. Tracking of packages for international shipments is extra and is not included by default. Please contact us before ordering to tell us you want tracking added to your international shipment. Any Customs or Duty Fees become the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
It is your responsibility to unpack and inspect all items once you have received them. If you find damage to an item or missing parts, please contact us ASAP so we may resolve it for you.
If an item is found in the shipment that has been damaged, it must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your package. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging and box and you are responsible for shipping charges on returning the item to us. We will then replace the item based on availability once we have received the damaged items, if it has been damaged in shipping only.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we will not be able to refund Custom Orders.
