Hello!

Please see below for info on a few things.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
If for any reason your print does not live up to your expectations, simply return it to me within 30 days for a refund - no questions asked. I want you to be happy, period.
Shipping
I ship all prints in a protective sleeve packed flat in a rigid envelope or flat box with a cardboard insert. This method has proven in my experience to be the safest way to get your print to you in the condition I send it.

Small prints (11" x 14") are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (to anywhere in U.S.) or First Class Mail (to any other country). Priority Mail will be there in 2-3 days. First Class Mail will vary by country, but expect as much as 2 weeks.

Medium prints (17" x 22") are all shipped USPS Priority Mail. Expect delivery within U.S. in 2-3 days. Other countries in 6-10 days.
Additional policies and FAQs
FRAMING: People ask, so I'll tell you what I do.

I highly recommend WWW.AMERICANFRAME.COM.

You choose all the elements of your frame and they ship the complete package to you. It comes all assembled and ready to go - all you need to do is insert your artwork. i recommend using an acid free tape to mount the art. The quality and price are outstanding - a fraction of the cost of taking it to a frame shop. The results are absolutely professional. UV glazing (acrylic or glass) and acid-free mats are recommended for the longevity of the print.

If you are simply not comfortable with a little bit of do-it-yourself, then by all means go with whatever framing option pleases you. The choice of mats and frames (and who's doing it) is a personal issue.

As for mat colors, I prefer the off-white mats such as 'Wheat' or 'Antique White' for almost all of my paintings. These tend to best complement the muted nature of my colors and backgrounds. This is a personal choice.

BUYING MULTIPLE PRINTS: If you want to purchase more than 1 print, please email me so I can create a listing with the prints you desire and you only have to pay the shipping fee for 1 print. They will come packaged together. Thank you.
