    I'm a self-taught artist in Sacramento, California, born and bred in Cleveland with a little Southern sandwich in between. A good chunk of my inspiration comes from mid-century design and illustration, cinema, old Rankin/Bass TV specials, vintage ads and ephemera, general nostalgia, nature, travel, and random trivia. Having the fascination of a six-year-old mind probably helps, too. My husband has described me by saying, "It's like she lives in a coloring book."

    In addition to exploring the creative arts, I sling vintage and refurbished goods under the moniker Monday Pie [mondaypie.etsy.com]. I've got mad organizational skills, a penchant for planning events, and a love of DIY. My pastimes include indulging in large quantities of good food, humor, and sarcasm, travel, researching random topics online, and smuggling Sno-Caps into movies.

    Welcome to the shop!

    Combine simple pleasures, a pinch of vintage vibe, a dash of lettering, and the occasional sprinkling of sarcasm. Bake.

    My name is Tina Jett -- a primarily self-taught artist and writer currently dwelling in Sacramento, California, a pretty fine locale and a very inspiring part of the country. My husband describes me by saying, "It's like she lives in a coloring book." Nice. A good chunk of my visual inspiration comes from mid-century illustration, old Rankin/Bass TV specials, vintage ads, old cookbooks, and general nostalgia. Maybe having the occasional fascination of a six-year-old mind helps, too. I am captivated by places like parks, libraries, book stores, movie theatres, and the post office. I believe in simplicity and remembering how easy it is to enjoy life like we did back in the day... There's a lot of excess and amnesia about.

    Returns and exchanges
    There are no refunds for the following:

    -- Incorrect shipping address on your Etsy transaction (Remember… Items are shipped to the address specified on Etsy, NOT PayPal!)

    -- Packages that would not fit in your mailbox and/or that were taken back to the post office or other who-knows-where location

    -- Someone intercepted your package when it was delivered and was too inconsiderate to tell you

    -- Postal service delays: Amazingly, items shipped within North America (U.S. - Canada - Mexico) can sometimes take up to 14 days to arrive at your door. While this is rare, please allow for the full 14 days to pass before contacting Scatterbox about your transaction. After that time, I will gladly work with you on the issue.

    -- Loss or improper package handling during transit, once the item has left our possession

    -- Damage or misuse after receipt of the item

    -- Customs charges or other related issues on the buyer’s end

    -- Buyers' remorse, despite the item being properly described on the shop site (Example: deciding that you have changed your mind about wanting the item, or the item no longer works with your décor)


    RETURN TO SENDER - Should your package find its way back to us from the post office marked “Return to Sender” because an incorrect address was provided, an attempt will be made to contact you for correction or an alternate address. Your package will be happily re-sent, however, initial shipping charges will not be refunded and new charges to ship your item a second time will be applied.


    My ultimate goal is to make you happy and I will do everything in my power to have you completely satisfied with your transaction. If you are not happy with your purchase because of an error on my behalf, I will gladly issue a refund. For clarification, "an error on my behalf" consists of the following:

    -- The item was incorrectly described and therefore did not meet your expectations (example: the item was described as yellow but the item you received was blue)

    -- The item was shipped to a location that was not indicated on your Etsy transaction or to a secondary location that was expressed in writing


    For all other concerns, please contact me within 48 hours of item receipt for assistance. Let's hug it out!
    Payment
    CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS - California residents will have CA sales tax added to their transaction amount, per state sales requirements.

    PAYMENT METHODS - Payment is via PayPal + credit/debit card only. Be sure that you have fully completed all steps on PayPal to close the transaction! Payments made by PayPal e-check take approximately 5 days to clear. Please keep in mind that your order will not ship until clearance of this transaction.

    NON-PAYMENT - If no payment is received via PayPal within two days of placing your order, the transaction will be cancelled and the item will be re-listed.
    Shipping
    SHIPPING ADDRESS - All items will be shipped to the name and address listed on the Etsy transaction, NOT the PayPal account. Should you desire the package to be sent to a third party address, it's no problem! Just indicate the name and address of the intended recipient in the "Notes to Seller" section during Etsy checkout.

    SHIPPING SCHEDULE - I do not ship daily, but do my best to get your order out the door as soon as possible, within one week of receipt of cleared payment. Payments made by PayPal e-check take approximately 5 days to clear.

    Prints will be shipped in a cello sleeve nestled comfortably inside a sturdy envelope before arriving at your door.


    DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS (USA)
    ------------------------------------------------

    Domestic U.S. shipping will be through the good folks at the United States Postal Service (USPS). Items are sent via either Media Mail, First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on the weight and size of the package. Should you desire a service that is a bit speedier, please contact me PRIOR to making your purchase so I may provide you with an accurate quote.

    Delivery confirmation and insurance are included with all domestic orders of original, one-of-a-kind items.


    INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

    Do not despair! If your country is not listed at the bottom of each item's page, just send me an Etsy conversation via the contact link on my shop’s home page. Please include your location to obtain a shipping quote and determine insurance availability or any possible customs restrictions. Please note that any customs fees or requirements by an individual country at the buyer’s end are the responsibility of the buyer. You are free to place the item(s) you desire into your shopping cart while awaiting a quote. Please note that if you use this shopping cart option to hold your merchandise and no inquiry about shipping is made within two days, it will be considered a form of non-payment; the transaction will be canceled and the items will be returned to the shop.

    Delivery confirmation and insurance are not available for international orders.


    RECYCLING - Whenever possible, I like to use packaging that incorporates recycled materials. Prints will be shipped in a cello sleeve nestled comfortably inside a sturdy envelope before arriving at your door. Please try to re-use any boxes or shipping items you may receive to help conserve resources!
