Welcome to Ting Bridal!

My name is Ting. I have been designing and making wedding/fashion dresses for almost 5 years. We are based in Washington DC. We make one of a kind wedding dresses and fashion clothing.

Take a look at the dresses in my shop. If you have any questions about the size, material, color , customization or rush shipping please contact me through Etsy message.

Sample sale dresses-Find one in your size, or even have it altered, and it's a real time-saving bargain! Most are ready to ship, which will usually take about 3-5 business days.

Both made-to-order dresses and Sample Sale dresses are not refundable once shipped. Do not purchase it if you are unsure about your size. It is up to you to take care of all alterations, and therefore the ready-to-wear dresses are priced accordingly.

Payment
All payments must be made in full before we ship your dress. We accept payment through Paypal and Credit card.

Please note that sales tax and/or import duties may be applicable at your destination state or country, and these fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
The United States Postal Service (USPS), which will take about:
3 – 10 days to the US and Canada
10 – 20 days to most other locations
If you don't leave message for express shipping, we will ship your order with USPS priority mail.
Express mail: 1-7 days to any country and location, cost in average $55.

We are delighted to fulfill orders within the US and globally. We do not ship to PO Box addresses. All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation number. Rush delivery (e.g., Next Day Air) will cost an additional $50. If you are not home during the day, we recommend you providing your work address for shipping. Ting Bridal will not be responsible for the loss, damage, or delay caused by the postal services. The purchaser must deal directly with these services using the tracking number provided.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can order through our listings on etsy , and pay by Paypal or Credit card.

WHAT IS THE ORDER PROCESS?
Once you have submitted your order and full payment we will confirm with an email and the order will be submitted for production. Please note that for dresses and accessories are made to order, full payment is required before we start production.

WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME?
Once the full payment has been received and the order confirmed, it usually takes 3-5 business days for shipping ready to wear items.
6-8 weeks for made-to-order items

DO YOU DO RUSH ORDERS?
Yes we do rush orders for additional charge! Express delivery at additional cost $50

WHAT KIND OF FABRICS DO YOU USE?
I use high quality and comfortable fabrics and materials! All dresses, unless prohibited by the design, include lining, built-in-bra and boning for support. I typically use Duchess Satin, Chiffon, Taffeta, and/or Organza, some with unique vintage lace, depending on the style of the dress.

MAY I ORDER SWATCHES?
Ting Bridal can provide you up to 3 complimentary swatches. Additional swatches are $5 each. Send me a message through Etsy to request a photo of my full color chart.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE DRESS WOULD FIT ME?
Made-to-order items can be sent back for one time free alteration! Ready-to-wear items can be sent back for alterations at additional charge.

We do not promise perfect fit. We will provide each sample dress the measurements of bust, waist, hips, and total length from shoulder to hem or waist to hem. Most of the dresses or skirts only require the bust/ waist measure, as there is plenty of room for the hips.

DO YOU PROVIDE ALTERATIONS?
On-line orders necessary alterations are expected. We offer one time free alterations for custom dress order, sample dress we do charge reasonable alteration fee.

MAY I ORDER EXTRA FABRIC?
Extra fabric by the yard is available when you place an order. To guarantee that your extra fabric is the same dye-lot as your dress be sure to order it at the same time you order your dress. Most fabric other than silk is available at $30 per yard.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Yes, but please note that import duties and taxes may be applicable at your destination country, and all of these charges, as well as an procedures and costs necessary for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.

All articles are quoted in US Dollars.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
All payments must be made in full before we can ship the dress. We accept Paypal and credit cards payment.

DO YOU ACCEPT CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS?
All our gowns and accessories are one of a kind pieces. Once the order is placed, we are unable to accept changes or cancellations. Please review your invoice carefully and immediately report to us if there are any discrepancies.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS?
