Accepted payment methods

Payment
We accept most forms of payments such as Paypal, Via Direct Checkout, and Etsy Gift cards. We do not except Money orders or Personal Checks, unless you have
spoke with us prior to your purchase and we have agreed to those arrangements.
Shipping
We ship most of our items through USPS, UPS, & Fed Ex. Items will all be shipped with insurance at sold price, and tracking info will be updated once shipped.
All items are very carefully bubble wrapped and shipped correctly in a box.
We take pride in our pieces, as most of them can not be replaced.
We will ship most items internationally, Please message us first so we can give you a quote and adjust the shipping if needed. If you do purchase an item from us and you do live outside the U.S. it may take some time to get to you depending on your location as well as going through customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not normally issue refunds unless the item is damaged upon receiving it.
If the item is damaged or you believe it is not as described, we will need a response from you within three days of receiving the item per the tracking info.
If the item is damaged in the shipping process, you will have to file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier. Depending on the carrier and the cost of the item, they may either want photos of the damaged piece, or the piece itself.
