The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I want all of my customers to be beyond happy with their purchase.

A purchase is a partnership between seller and buyer. It benefits both of us to have clear expectations. Because of this I do my best to communicate what you should expect, and I invite you to do the same. I have tried to make my policies as clear and thorough as possible. If you have questions about them, please ask before ordering. I respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for any additional charges, including return shipping.

All items must be returned in original condition. Any refund will occur once the item has been returned and received.

I ask to be notified within 48 hours of receipt of item if there is a problem, change of heart, etc.... I will accept returns of any in stock and one of a kind, unworn jewelry in "as shipped", unworn condition, provided it is shipped back to me within 1 week of receipt. After 30 days, returns will be accepted on an individual basis, and a restocking fee of 30% will be charged if the item is not returned within 30 days. Please notify me in advance if your purchase is a gift so I can adjust this schedule for your special occasion.

Return shipping for all returns is the responsibility of the sender. I will refund your full purchase price minus shipping charges after I receive your return.

These policies are meant to protect you as well as me, I stand behind everything I sell. If an item isn't what you expected; I will issue a refund promptly.

I do not refund items lost or damaged by the post office. All items over $100 are insured, but claims take time to process and I don't refund until that process is completed. International orders are insured by third party insurance. There are no other options for insurance for international orders. You will need to file a claim with your post office and provide me with that information and claim number in order for me to file a claim to recover the insured value. Please know that this could take several months before the claim is satisfied and I refund any amount due you.
Please be aware of this and purchase at your own risk.
Etsy Direct Checkout, Etsy Gift Certificates and PayPal only.
No currency drawn on foreign banks can be accepted. PayPal allows use of most credit cards with or without an account with PayPal for up to 2 purchases.

All refunds will be credited back to your credit card or PayPal account. Any return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender.
United States:

At my discretion, and dependent upon size, packages ship via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, both with delivery confirmation.


Everywhere Else:

TinkerSue also ships to Canada and a bunch of other countries!

Each item has specific processing times as shown in their listing. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a postal tracking number. This number is only valid while the item is in the US. Upgrades to Priority or Express are available on request (start an Etsy conversation to discuss fees).

Made to Order items are shipped within 1-2 weeks. It takes time for me to make your goodies...one at a time...with my own two hands.

International orders over $100 are shipped First Class international, with third party insurance. Tracking is now available in some countries.

International customers please note: I can only estimate(guess) shipping time to countries outside the US. Please be patient, allow plenty of time and always contact me, as well as your local post office, if you have not received your package after a reasonable amount of time has elapsed. 3-6 weeks is not unusual especially during holiday shipping.

***Customs documents: I must fill out a customs form to ship into your country. The contents information and cost are automatically filled in when I generate the label. I will not falsify customs documents. Customs Forms will not be filled out with "Gift". This is highly illegal in the United States. My freedom is important to me...Thank you for your understanding.

***Taxes and Duties: Your country may charge a duty and/or tax on jewelry or other merchandise coming into your country. Taxes and/or duties are the customer's responsibility. I do not reimburse for any fees, duties, taxes, or other charges made by your country on my products. Please Note: The post office will not adjudicate a claim for lost/undelivered "insured" packages for at least 30 days. If your package value is under $100 and lost but tracking says delivered by USPS, please file a claim with the post office before contacting me and reference your "lost item" claim number. I cannot replace lost "delivered" items unless I have proof that efforts have been made to find the package. If an item is lost, I will refund or replace, however, I must be notified within 7 weeks of shipping date, and during the time the records are still available from the Post Office.

For any holiday season, please allow plenty of time usually 7-14 days in the US and 4-6 weeks outside the US to order.
